Sisters in law turned besties on a mission to help those who struggle with their body image rediscover true self confidence.
Having come from our own personal issues regarding our bodies, we know exactly how defeated you can feel when you’re constantly putting yourself down, restricting your diet, exerting all your energy and still not being able to reach your body goals. Not only is this path toxic but it’s also not sustainable and can become dangerous. we wanted to do something to help others heal their relationship with their body and see it as something amazing, resilient and worthy of being taken care of.
